I have held various management positions in renowned conglomerates of Europe and Pakistan. Having a broad area of responsibilities ranging from organization reengineering / redesigning, executive coaching & professional development, industrial relations, performance management, recruitment, and organizational development, I have a track record of successful business management and executive coaching within world renowned fortune 500 firms. I am a CIPD certified HR professional from UK and has done my HR specialization from Northumbria University at Newcastle, UK.

We do this because I love helping people! As an executive educator and coach, I and my team help people understand how our beliefs and the environments we operate in can trigger negative behaviors.
